The chat ends before the job does.
A long answer still leaves a team member to choose the data, decide, and carry it out.

Your business runs on processes, from onboarding new clients and checking documents to preparing reports. When those tasks involve multiple steps, different systems and repeated manual work, they take time away from more valuable work. Agent Space turns these processes into practical, AI-powered workflows, built, hosted and managed for you, while keeping human oversight.
Less manual work. More time for your business.
Start with a small paid setup to prove the process works. Once agreed, pay for usage rather than commissioning a large development project. Exact terms are set for each process.
The tools can write a long answer. Choosing the right data, deciding, and carrying that decision out is work your team still has to do. The tools stop before they help the team get more done.

The information sits in documents, inboxes, and other systems. The chat does not know which of it applies, or where the result should go.
A suggestion still needs your rules, a team member to approve it, and a way to update the system and tell the team.
They wait when they cannot see where it goes, or who can open it.
Think of it as a purpose-built team behind a process. Rules handle fixed work. Agents read, compare, check and draft. Team members make the important decisions.
We build it. We host it. You sign in and run the work.

These are examples. Other work can follow the same pattern. The process runs until a team member needs to act. They see what matters and choose. Their choice starts the rest of the work.
Files come in and the details are pulled out. A team member accepts the record or sends it back. Accepting the record sends it on. Sending it back keeps the record open.
A request is matched to the record and a reply is drafted. A team member approves the reply, edits the reply, or takes over the request. Approving the reply sends it. Taking over leaves the request with that team member.
The next piece is drafted from your sources and your instructions. A team member approves the piece or sends it back. Approval puts the piece on the schedule.
Sources are checked on a schedule against the limits you set. A team member sees the alert and decides whether a follow-up is needed.
The figures and a short commentary are prepared the same way each time. A team member signs the report off. The sign-off sends the report.
Incoming documents are checked for anything missing. A team member marks the pack ready, or asks for the missing documents. A ready pack goes to the next step.
You don't need to know how to build it. Describe the problem in ordinary language. Our planned free assessment will help explore whether it is a good fit, and suggest ways you might tackle it with tools you already have.
